Hi Lori, I am feeling ok. I think it took my pouch a long time to heal but other then that its just the game playing to see what my pouch does and doesn't like. I guess I can't complain since I lost 63 pounds I don't think I could of ever done that on my own. I'm never hungry so I have to remind myself to eat. I was only able TO eat like once a day but now I eat at least twice and try to eat fruit also. My favorite drink is sugar free tang yummy lol. How are you doing? Lavonda RNY 05/27/05 421/358/150

Holy moly.....63lbs thats amazing It is so true tho....those first couple months suck...but when your all feeling better those pounds are melting off......it is worth it!!! Take Care you are doing wonderfully jesi
