I was shocked.....with the panni and a fat it was almost 7lbs.....the bummer part is with the wayer retention and swelling I won't see a major drop in the scale anytime soon.....but it is all good.....I am flat ;) Take Care P.S. I will be posting before and after pics sometime this week!
