Hello.....and goodbye

I will be MIA for awhile......I talked to Andrea, she says *HI* and she will be back on soon.....With my surgery Thursday, my hubby is home and we are going to do a little re-arranging today/tomorrow......so my poor puter will be all torn apart and unusable until we get it moved upstairs and hooked up again.....and then I have plastics bright and early Thursday morning so.......I prolly won't be on again until after that....maybe Friday or Saturday.....I will thinking about ya'll (maybe not if I am miserable and in pain) Best wishes to everyone......Take Care and wish me luck Jesi

Best of luck to you Thursday. I bet you can't wait. I hear the pain is not very pleasant but I guess we have to go through the pain to reap the rewards. I cant wait until that day. Can't wait to hear how it all goes. We'll all be thinking about you.

Good luck Jesi!!!!! I'll be thinking about you & sending good thoughts. Just be sure to follow all your doctor's instructions. Don't try lifting those precious little ones! There's a couple things I am going to be doing this time around that I wished I had thought of last time. You might want to consider them. First, the pain meds usually are very constipating. Bearing down does NOT feel good. I am going to start on stool softeners & maybe even a mild laxative like Benefiber so I don't have the problem again. Oh, and I used the wooden spoon again, wrapped in tissue to wipe. It will hurt to bend over to reach. I also plan to keep a few bags of frozen peas or corn handy. They make wonderful ice packs for swelling & can be refrozen many times. Just don't plan to eat them someday. I have my presurgical appointment tomorrow. I'll be seeing the nurse & have a bunch of questions for her. Oh, I also get to write thos nasty 3 checks to pay for the surgery. My procedure will be on Aug 22. Bye bye butt! Dixie

Dear Jesi: Best of luck to you!!!!! I'm jealous LOL I just got a denial from my insurance for a TT, they said I have to have 6 months of documented treatment for rashes, that have failed. I have several months, but not quite that long. I do think I have developed a hernia, am going to the Dr tomorrow, so maybe I'll have a shot at it yet!!! Hope you have a smooth recovery, and everything goes great for you !!! I bet you'll love your new shape!!!! Take care of yourself, and we'll be anxious to hear all the details!!!! Take those pain meds as scheduled, to keep ahead of the pain!!! DeeAnn R
