New Roll Call week 3

HI all, Sorry this is so late. Been a busy day here today. This is the start of week 3 of the new habits. The end of this week, at 21 days, whatever goal you are working on should be automatic. I know I am still having a hard time getting all my water in during the day. Each day gets a lttle better though so my new habit might take 28 or even 35 days. LOL Let us know how you are doing! I am for sure thanking whomever for the cooler temps.....man I get just pissy and irratable with that humidity!! And you know what is crazy, for me anyways, it is hotter than hot and I am drinking less and less.....I am just sick of drinking I think......so I am forcing the stuff down.....you think being a million degrees out I would be thirsty, but I am not I am with you.....I think it is gonna take me a few extra days to form my habits.....I wish I had the power to stick with something for 21 straight days and see if it is true!!! Hello I am having problems. I have lost 5 pounds. Which is good. But I'm to the point where I'm hardly or never even hungry. What do you do when you're not hungry and you know you have to eat something. What do you do? I am trying to get my water in, but I just get sick. Doesn't want to stay down. Should I be doing something different then drinking water. I've tried it without ice and tried it with ice. Any ideas I would be happy to hear. Again, Elizabeth, thank you for doing these roll calls, it helps me to get my butt in gear on goals. I have been going to the Y, twice a week, but need to go more. Well, better close for now.
