New Roll Call week 2
Hi All,
How is everyone doing with this HOT weather? I hate it! Still have too much insulation to stay cool.
Last week I did better with my water, but still not as good as I should or was doing. That is my project this week again. (days 8 - 14 of the 21 day new habit) I have to get tha****er in before I dehydrate!
How did everyone do on your week one goal? ready for week two?

NOT surviving very well here. My airconditioner has been acting up. Yesterday repairman was here said I needed new thermostat....wrong answer!!! Still no air. He will be back today, hopefully to get it fixed this time! The one good thing is I'm pushing the water like crazy. I freeze 3 bottles then re-freeze them so they are nice & cold goes down so much better that way.
Goals this week are to try & keep cool!
Drink drink & drink more water
Eat more (I wasn't eating enough & hit a plat)
Went walking last night with the neighbor lady, Max just loved it! Will keep on walking as long as it isn't to hot & humid.

I was reluctant to post today....well actually last night too, when I first saw this post I didn't do anything different last week.....I had all the best intentions, but it was a rough week.....No excuses, I am an adult and starting today.....I will work on the 21 day thing, just a week behind.....hope you don't mind! I went to the Dr. yesterday. They switched me to Prozac from Lexapro. She would not check my vitamin status, but said if I was worried not getting enough Vitamin D that I could take Vitamin D, but make sure it was or has D3 in it. She wouldn't check vitamin status because it was a more expensive test.
I need to get back on my goal list. And stay with it. I have a stomach ache right now.
Goals:
Reorganize my apartment again. (Never ending)
Drink more water
Go to the Y more this week.
Feel like I have to go get sick. So better close
