20 blueberries
S - yogurt

Supper - 4 oz pulled pork
S - Laughing cow cheese
Exercise - walked 1.5 miles
Biked 2 miles
Dog obedience class 1 hour
Water 80 oz
Milk 16 oz
I did really well today. 939 calories. My target is 900-1000.
WOW.....that sounds like a great day!!! I am jealous! Do you use fitday to track calories or what??? I have never been much of a calorie counter. Again.....today was horrid.....but I will try harder tomorrow and post.....Take Care jesi
I think if we do this.....it could really help everyone out.....Ihope more people join us.....it has kinda been slow around here lately!
Another evil day.....slept a lot of it. Was up most of the night. I work strange shifts so my meal 'schedule' is not 'normal'.
I have had today:
2 protein bars
2 containers of yogurt witha splash of cereal for crunch (generally grape nuts, but today was corn flakes (am at work))
3 slices of cheese
1 south beach chicken wrap kit, minus the jello
roughly 65 gms protein
40 oz water
20 oz koolaid
32 oz decaf tea
about 8 oz of reg coffee
have NOT taken vits but will do so when i get home tonight. will also walk my 1-2 miles.

Hi Lyn well since I had my surgery on May 27th I still don't eat well and am not hungry or thirsty.
B-1 egg only ate half
protein shake
supper-2 wheat crackers with tuna,2 cherry tomatoes,some baked potato but it all came back up so not good.
crystal light 8oz.
I know thats terrible but not a good day.

I'm finally dropping some weight....duhhhh & shame on me I wasn't eating enough. Still hard for me to get into the mode that I HAVE to eat in order to lose weight.

Seeming that I am trying to lose 25lbs pre-op to possibly shrink my liver before surgery, I have not eaten much in the last couple of days. Today, I had a
Slimfast Blueberry muffin breakfast bar
Package of sliced Chicken Lunch meat No bread
lots of water
2 tablespoons of Milled Flaxseed
1 quart Lipton Diet Peach Iced Tea
1 Whole Fruit Popcicle bar
approx. 8 popcicles
I have been eating like this for 3 days and I have lost 10lbs. I think this may be too much weight lose in such a short time, but I am happy and I have not been feeling faint, so I am adjusting to this well. I think that I had lost a few pounds before I started this diet. I did not weigh myself before I started.
Now lets see if I can keep it up.
