Repost~~Poll~~Support?
Hello Everyone!
Who/what is your biggest/best source of support...whether you be a pre-op, post-o*****n-op? And why? Everyone needs support in there lives for every/any reason under the sun...MO is no different. Support is not only important to us during the investigation/surgery/weight loss periods; but, also for long-term success.
Some of these polling results will appear on the OH Magazine web site or in the OH Magazine. I am sending all poll results to one of the editors of the magazine to see if they can use them. The magazine is working to become more relevant and connected to members and I have volunteered to help with this process by finding out what other members are thinking about certain topics. If you have any suggestions/ideas/theories that you would like to have discussed/addressed, please feel free to e-mail them to me at [email protected] We are also looking for more volunteers to join the OH Media Feedback Team. If you are interested, please feel free to e-mail me at the same address.

Hi Sherry, My biggest support is my angel, Elizabeth Hiatt.
After that this web site. As I'm sure you all are tired of hearing, I have no family within 700 miles, I've been disabled since 2000, so stuck in the house and poor!! (whine whine) Almost all the friends I've had in the last five years have passed away and since I really don't leave the house much it's kinda hard to meet new people! This site has been my "family"
for the last 2 years. Nut
My sister is probably my biggest supporter, though my entire family has been behind me all the way. Also my co workers, luckily. There are a few friends/neighbors that know about my WLS that have also been supportive. My PCP was, and still is %150 behind me. I brought the idea to her.
And lets not forget the wonderful people here on AMOS, and this great IA board.

Sherry my family and friends are great support and have been from the beginning and they still are. I am lucky to have such a great supportive family that keeps my spirits going everyday. My husband and sister in law have done so much for me and the love and support from my children my 2 boys over in Iraq that prayed and called me while I was in the hospital after my surgery.
