What did you eat today????

Okay, accountabiltity time for me. I ate: Breakfast - Protein bar, milk Snack - 2 peanut butter protein balls Snack - double milk Lunch - 3 oz cottage cheese Snack - mini bag of popcorn Snack - double milk Supper - 4 pieces of sesame chicken Snack - I confess - 2 WW carrot cakes (I love those little devils - no more to be brought into my house!) 50 oz water plus 28 oz of milk Haven't exercised yet but going to take a bike ride or walk yet tonight. I will do better tomorrow. Probable still only ate 1200 cal but too many.

OHHHHH Lyn.....what an evil day to post this!!!! I have had SEVERE stress eating today!! Worst ever! (and yes, I am figuring out my 'triggers'!! ) Since 8 am Wed morning, to 1100 pm wed night, I have had: 4 protein bars 1 c cottage cheese (roughly...was eating from the carton 1 roast turkey wrap from Subway (minus 1/2 the wrap) (turkey,tomato,pickles, prov chs, spicy sauce stuff) 6" roast chicken sub from Subway (chicken, chse, tom, bl olives, bacon. a little ranch dressing, dog got most of the bun, & part of the bacon) 2 blue bunny ice cream bars don't remember the name, but sf of course 80 oz water 60 oz crystal light 20 oz sf koolaid 16 ox reg coffee walked 1.5 miles TOOK ALL OF MY VITAMINS!!!!!!!!!! tomorrow will be better! Morning Lyn OHHHHHHHHHH MYYYYYYYYY that new pic of you!!!!!!! You look fantastic! I was away for a few days on a trip with some friends to Rochester so eating wasn't the best. Breakfast: watermelon snack banana lunch: grilled chicken from Mc'D's NO bun snack: wheat crackers with cheese supper: didn't eat fell asleep & slept thru this morning I did drink lots of water 70 some oz's, 4 oz milk munched on my sunflower seeds I also found a new water drink non carbonated called Aqua-Cal, it's flavored going to try & see if they can get it here. I had the concord grape & it was delicious. Keep up the good work! Hugs Carolyn

Well I said I would do this......but Wednesday sucked as did today.....I will try harder and post Friday But my menu basically was diet pop, and crap food I promise to do better tomorrow and I will post about it......holding myself accountable darnit.....and if I screw up.....well you guys will hear about that too!!! jesi
