Making a profile

OK I am not very good a computer stuff, how do I make a profile? I want to add a journal and other fun stuff people have in theirs. I have looked on the site and can't find the info. f you can help me out by pointing me in the right direction I would be so happy. I have been lurking on the boards for a little while now and finally getting up the courage to start posting and join in more.

It all starts at www.obesityhelp.com. Sign in and right under your name click "control panel". On the next page, again under your name, click "update profile". This page has all the links to let you do anything you want. Good Luck!
