I have an idea for a new type of roll call. I have recently joined a few of the OSSG groups on yahoo and one of them has especially helped me rethink things and I am going to TRY to get back on track and kind of back to basics. (email me if you want links to the groups) How about each week we pick the one thing we really need to work on, water, protein, etc., and post how we are doing or if we have fallen off the wagon? Maybe we can get ideas from others that don't have problems with the same things. Let me know your thoughts on this. Also wanted to mention that if I had found these groups sooner, I might not have gotten so deficient in vitamin D as I did. There are some VERY good references to what we should be taking and how much, etc. IMHO, some of the things are overboard, but I can adjust those to what I feel comfortable with. It also has a listing of what labs we should be having done and how often (including reference ranges for gastric bypass people.) for those of us that feel our aftercare is lacking. Hope to hear from you all soon! (((HUGS))) Elizabeth

Send me the link please! [email protected] Thanks! I also need to get back on track and get rid of these last 10 pounds. UGH. I'm eating too much and the wrong stuff. I need someone to kick me in the rear-end!

Here's the links to the ones I have recently joined. I don't use the grad board either. I decided to post these for you and others so they can check them out. HTH someone else out too! (((HUGS))) Elizabeth PS, if anyone wants motivation, read this link, it had me in tears and is part of what started this whole "back on track" thing with me. http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/profile.phtml?N=b1015026750
