True Lemon

Morning All Maybe you already know this but True Lemon is being sold at Hy-Vee Store in the diet section. Maybe you already know this but if not wanted to pass it on. I got some samples last year from the site. Hope everyone is pushing the fluids with the heat the way it is. Think I drank enough yesterday to sink a ship! Went to the city with Scooter (my boss) & enjoyed lunch of tuna salad. Picked up a Carb Freedom yogurt drink & drank 2 bottles of water while in the city. Drank plenty of water when I was home also. Picked up some more tuna for here at home, for a little more flavor added some garlic powder to your mayo mix, I'm really big on garlic, so what if I have bad breath love the stuff anyway! Dad told me you can buy mayo with garlic in it but why spend the extra when I have the stuff at home to make it? Everyone have a good day, drink plenty & stay out of the heat if possible. Hey Carolyn.... So much for being afraid I was the only one who doesn't know what True Lemon is......thank you Jesi and Andrea!! Do share!! As for liquids.....lets see.......is 5 24 oz bottles of water, 1 24 oz bottle of koolaid and 20 oz of decaf tea enough?? And one of those bottles of water was consumed while walking my 2.2 miles. First time going that far. I almost 'wimped' out because of the heat (was at 930 pm, so wasn't toooooo bad) but decided if I didn't do it, I never would. Have been walking daily, roughly a mile and a half. Been doing it long enough I miss it when I don't get it done, and wake up planning when I'm going to take it. Wish I liked tuna better. I have had egg and tuna salad and it was okay. Wasn't a big tuna fan pre-op. hugs Sheila
