Hello. I have not failed, except at tact :-)
I posted a message about a month ago saying I had failed, and was in a deep dark hole of despair. Well, over the last couple of weeks I have lost 10 lbs., and I am back to exercising and eating better (no oreos; the thought of them have made me sick recently). I want to apologize and thank everyone who wrote to me, I didn't mean to sound so negative or gloomy. I was going through a rough time then, and things have begun to work out much better for me. I also have to remember how much I lost at the begining (150 lbs. the first year) and be thankful because without this surgery there is no way I would have been this successful.
James you don't need to apologize. Everyone has their moments where they are down. We are glad you posted how you were feeling and not keeping it in. We are here for you during your good times and bad times. You have done very well at your weightloss. Keep up the good work and I know you'll do fine. Cindy
James,
I am so glad things are goiing better for you. I rememebr your post & I also remember being pretty hard on you, but no harder than I am on myself. I too get into a funk like you were in at that time & start wondering why I ever had the surgery. I am so glad things have turned around for you and that the pounds have started coming back off. I wish I could say the same for me. I'm still stuck but will keep working at it.
Keep up the good work.
Dixie
