OT Going to Moody Blues Concert

Morning all, My best friend Beth & I are going to the Moody Blues concert She bought us the tickets the first day they came out. Beth & I have been best friends since 2nd grade, were roommates when we moved from home & every night each of us would have a speaker in our rooms with Moody Blues singing to us. After 40 plus years we are still the best of friends & still share the love of music. She is also taking me to supper at Famous Dave's kidding what a "cheap" supper date I will be She stood by me 150% about surgery & is amazed at the progress that has happened to me. If you look at my photo album you will see us. of course that pic needs to be updated & will do so the day of the concert. of course telling all of you how long Beth & I have been friends dates us a little but what the heck Would love to hear your best friend stories Hugs Carolyn

What a great story. Where is the concert I havent heard of them being around. Sounds like fun. I too have a long time friend. We didnt meet until the 5th grade but we too were roommates for a couple of years out of school and to this day about 40 yrs later we are still the best of friends. Needless to say we have been through thick and thin togather and may not do alot togather anymore but still talk and meet at least once or twice a month. She too has been behind me on my journey and was very happy to hear I was going to do this prior to my suregery. She was becoming very scared for my health even though she never said anything to me until I told her I was having the surgery. At any rate have a great time at the concert and tell your friend there are doggy bags so you may not be that cheap. lol. By the way your resent photo looks great. Patty
