Update on Lavonda Cardona

I just spoke to Lavonda and She gets to go home tomorrow. She wanted me to thank all of you for your prayers and support! She's such a strong lady! Hi Carolyn this is me Lavonda I wanted you to know I got home on Monday and I am healing well it was a long 11 days in the hospial and yes some scary times with losing blood and having a leak 3 days after my first surgery ended up having second one but I stayed strong and walked everyday and did what I was told doctors said I did great. I will post in my profile when I get stronger and healthier still working on it. I just came on here for a few secs. I haven't had energy to thank all the people e-mails makes me feel bad but I can only do so much for now. If you have any suggestions on a good routine to calculate getting all my protein in and liquids I am open for suggestions from anyone. chat soon take care. Lavonda

Hi Jesi sending you a quick hello and thank you for your message I am doing so much better and I got home on Monday thank God My own home finally I finally slept a whole night that felt so great. I have a g-tube in for 6 weeks but thats all no biggie. I went outside lastnight and walked down the side walk some the fresh air felt great. Do you have any suggestions on a routine that I could do to get all my protein in and liquids I am trying just trying to feel better also so hard to think alot I guess about what to eat times and all any help would be great just like a routine and hours hope you have some suggestions. chat with you soon and thanks again for your thought. Hi Jenny I am home and getting along well thanks for your support yeah I had to be a trooper to make it through this horrible experience but I think it will be well worth it in the long run. I dont regret it at all. take care and thanks so much. Lavonda
