Update on Lavonda Cardona

I talked to Lavonda around 10:30 this morning and she is in very much pain which is to be expected. She has a couple of drains in, a feeding tube and another NG tube. She can hardly talk and I could barely understand alot of the things she was saying also probably because I was on my cell phone. I told her that we are praying for her and to keep her chin up! She was sitting in the chair when I called so at least she is up and they caught it in time. Please keep praying for Lavonda she has become like part of my family and I love her dearly. I told her I would call her later on tonight and check in on her so I'll let you know more when I find anything out. Thank you Lord for being with Lavonda and holding her hand.. Tracie

Tracie, thank you for posting. I have been so worried about Lavonda and was giving her some time to come out of the meds and also the surgery on yesterday. I have also kept in touch with her but have been packing to move before I have my own surgery hopefully in August. But anyways when you speak to Lavonda tell her Angie said that i will be praying for her and a hello. Take care and for her to get better soon. Once again thanks Tracie and keep us posted. God bless.
