New pics

Morning all, Had my year checkup last week,everything is well, I'm officially down 95 lbs now Dr. Shinnerl is leaving us it was a very emotional visit with him. Had the girls take a pic of the 2 of us together...what a difference there is in the 6 month pic & the new one! For those of you just starting your journey be sure to keep a journal updated. I have taken monthly pics to see my progress. It's unbelievable! Especially on those days you don't feel like you have "accomplished" anything, take a look at your pics & you can see the difference.
