ok, I got my surgeon consult date...yeahh!!!

It's happening!!! I go to talk to Dr. G's PA and then the nutritionist on May 17th. I'm getting excited to move forward as fast as possible. I'm really hoping to have the surgery in July but I know it could take longer to get the insurance approval and the testing done. Keep your fingers crossed for me Leslie

Hi everyone...thanks for all the encouragement! I took the paperwork to my PCP personally and they made copies of everything just in case something got lost. I called them back a week later to check and they were just sending the stuff off to the surgeon. I didn't get to see what it said so hopefully it will all be fine. One more thing done..... now I just wait until the 17th to find out what kind of tests I will need done. Does anyone know if they make everyone do a sleep study? I hope not.... again thanks Leslie (still hoping for a July date)
