My Re-birthday today!

Morning all, It's hard to believe that my year birthday is here already! My journey has been fantastic, 91 lbs gone as of this morning. It's hard to believe that a year has gone by let alone losing that much weight. I'm a slow loser, but I don't care as I've made one of the biggest accomplishments in my life, I know I would have never taken the weight off by myself. Or there is a great possibility I wouldn't be here today if I hadn't had the surgery...for you newbies I suffered a mild heart attack before surgery. Thanks to all of you that have supported me this past year, especially Janet that I know I had to drive up a tree with all my questions & whining WLS is well worth the wait & well worth having. My only regret is that I didn't have surgery long ago! And also Dr. Shinnerl is leaving us for Utah. From a size 4x shirt/size 52 mens jeans to a size 14 in a year's time makes me want to Thanks again for all the love & support Hugs Carolyn

Congratulations on your one year ann. You should be very proud of yourself. That was a lot of hard work. I am very happy for you and can't wait for my year to be up. Congradulations on your year birthday. You have done very well! Its good you had the surgery when you did cause as you said you probably would of not made it. I am happy the surgery has helped you. Dear Carolyn: Happy 1rst birthday!!!! Can you believe it's been a year already??!! My year was April 2, and it seems a life time ago, since I was M.O. !!! Haven't things changed alot this last year?!!! I feel like the WLS was the best thing I ever did for myself, and I know you feel the same!!! My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!!!!
