Happy Birthday to you -- what I wouldn't give to be 30 again. Oh yeah, that involved too much tequila. ha ha I'll be 45 next month and am feeling every minute of it today. Don't try and do tooooo much. It will get better very soon! Janie

Forget THIS birthday.........think of how HOT you"ll look next year! Reward yourself when you are stronger by buying something 3 sizes smaller and look at it everyday and think I'll be even smaller than this by next year. Besides you just added 10 years to your life,YOU ARE WORTH IT! By knowing about your "popped" stitch , I'll be real careful about picking up my 2 yr old grandchild....man that will be awful!!!!!!!!!!!! She's my munchkin.

Happy Birthday! 30 years young! Aren't you glad you had the surgery? It sounds like you are doing pretty good, no more lifting!!! I keep trying to talk my sister into it, but she's getting annoyed so I better stop. My "divot" scar is the worst...what did they stick in there anyway? I started work yesterday, it was very tiring. I was pretty winded going up and down the stairs all day. My boss has decided we all need to work extra hours until July. I want to hurt him, the timing couldn't be more terrible.
