Hi Barb, I am stuck too. I lost really slow from day one but continued to loose for about a 15 months. I still would like to loose 25 to 30 more and like you I have been stuck for about 3 months. Some of it is due to too much snacking between meals on my part. I am joining a support group thanks to this board and also am going to increase exercise which I have slacked off on terribly. Regarding the arms, I think standing facing the wall, with your hands on the wall and do a sort of standing push up helps the upper arms. I guess in my case I had to sit down and evaluate the way I have been eating and the lack of exercise and figured out it is no wonder I have reached a standstill. I know every one is different, and hopefully you are on track and your body is just playing catch up with you. Best of luck to you. I know how frustrating it is when the scales don't move, but hang in there.

Barb, Sorry I didn't respond sooner. I'm slow at getting to as many posts as I can. First off, congrats on the loss of 95 pounds, that's a lot of weight to lose!! I have been sort of stuck also, but I attribute it to increased eating. I think my first thought would be to look at your food and fluid intake. Are you getting in enough fluids? Are you eating too much or too often? Then, I would look at your exercise routine - is there one? How often and how much are you exercising? I had a reality check recently. I exercise and lift weights 4-6 times a wee****pt saying that my loss had slowed down because I was gaining so much muscle. Then a fellow teacher - who used to be in the boxing venue - told me that it takes a long time to actually gain a true pound of lean muscle. Sure, I believe that I have lost fat and gained in muscle, the clothes show that. But.............was I using that as an excuse to eat more - yep!!!! Now, I have really been trying to watch what I am eating again and, although not perfect still, have lost a few more pounds. So, take a good honest look at what you are doing and what you can change to make more loss happen for you. AND, by all means, know you aren't alone!!! About the flabby arms, find some tricep exercises to do. With the lifting that I do, I have hardly any flab under the arms - something that I am proud of because there is plenty of flabby, loose skin everywhere else!!! Good luck and God bless, Andrea
