14 week and not losing
Yep, that's about right. It seems by week 12-14, your body finally figures out you are losing weight at a rapid rate, and puts the brakes on. Could last a couple of weeks, or as much as a month. You'll probably still lose inches, and drop 5-10 pounds all at once. Hang in there- it's not anything you're doing wrong, just your body taking a deep breath and readjusting to the rapid weight loss.

First CONGRATS!!!! 65lbs in 14 weeks is amazing!!! Good for you! Now second: no need to worry, you body is taking a break.....It will pick right back up after a day or two or even a couple weeks!!! Plateaus suck but we all go through them.....it gets more frustrating the farther out you are and the closer to goal you get!! Just know you are doing great and as long as you are doing what your supposed to, don't worry! Take Care Jesi
