Need help!? Anyone have any good protein drinks, and what kind of yogurt are you eating? Please let me know. I'm starting my pre-op diet, and need some help. Thanks Nicole

Morning Nicole, I like the Advantage protein drink, I have only had the pre-mixed ones. Make sure they are good & cold. Yogurt I buy either 85 Lite or Carb Freedom by Wells Blue Bunny. Good Luck to you Carolyn

I didn't do protein drinks pre-op......now I prefer Elite brand....I order mine online from a few different places....if you want the email address let me know! I didnt have much luck finding anything local that I could stand! I hear that the slimfast low carb drinks are okay. I also eat the same yogurts as Carolyn....lite 85 and the carb coutdown ones....I prefer the lite 85 the best!! Take Care and Good Luck Jesi

I eat the HP Hood brand of yogurt, Atkins approved. It has 12 grams of protein and only 3 carbs, no sugar. My favorite flavor is French Vanilla. I also use the Elite protein mix. Shelley Rath

Hi Nicole! Sorry I'm late with my reply but I missed your post evidently. I use PREMIUM WHEY PROTEIN (vanilla) from Walmart. I ordered samples off line from a couple different places and I didn't like any of them. here is how I found the protein to be absoluetly more tolerable!!.. STRAWBERRY/BANANA SHAKE 1 SCOOP PROTEIN POWDER (VANILLA) 1/2 BANANA 4 LG. STRAWBERRIES 7 ICE CUBES (mine are moon shaped, I count each one as an oz.) 1/2 -3/4 PACKET SPLENDA (depending on how sweet you like it) 2 oz. COLD WATER BLEND *You can substitue all or part of the ice and water for skim milk, its not as icy, just as tasty. I also like the fact that when I get low or run out its readily available! Best Wishes to you, Debi
