any catalog that sells clothing should have a chart to show how to measure the chest, abdominal girth, etc. i pretty much measured everything my legs my thighs, my butt, my abdomen, my epigastric area which is right between your belly button and boobs, and of course my boobs. between all my areas I lost 90 some inches all together. Sometimes when we see a stand still in our scales we can still see the inches melting away. As for this site I have been all over this place and have never seen a chart on how to measure. That would be something to suggest to them as a useful tool. Otherwise try Lands end online or another company and see if you can find a chart online. Good luck! Kim

No reason to feel dumb there is never a dumb question. someone else might be wondering the same thing. Thats why this site is here so we can each other. Never be afraid to ask a question. If your still having problems finding a chart let us know. I went into the site that sherry posted and I kind of looked around but didn't come across the chart yet. It looks like it has a lot of good info. Take care Kim

Morning Janelle, And also do you might want to keep track of BMI. I use the BMI calculator from OH. It's at the bottom of the Main Entrance. Hugs Carolyn

Janelle, these are the ones I used: Neck Bust (around fullest part with a bra on) Ribcage (right underneath your your boobies) Waist Hips (around the fullest part of your butt & tummy, but keep a straight line) Thighs (right & left - around the fattest part of your leg) Knees (I did right above my knee cap) Ankles (right & left) Wrists (right & left) Shoulders (do this with you arms at your side and measure kind of just below your collar bone all the way around) I've lost over 90" using these measurements. Another word to those who don't really want to exercise ~~ I haven't been doing any (bad me) since about Thanksgiving. I haven't gained any weight ~~ not losing either, but my waist measurement has gone up 1.5". Proof positive that as much as we hate it -- Exercise does work!!!! Janie

Thanks Janie!! My husband and I just "did the deed"....we measured and took photos...oh my. We took 5 pictures. I couldn't do just bra and panties. But I did wear white!!! We made sure we took it in a good spot in the living room that wouldn't be too different in a year and I bared as much "all" as I could muster!! How humiliating! We took my measurements, photos and dated and timed them and sealed them in an envelope that we'll keep in our dresser for one full year. Next March, I'll pull them out and compare...I used your chart above and I totally agree about the exercising thing. I just gotta get motivated now!! Thanks and hugs, Jen
