Insurance!!

Has anyone gotten appoved for surgery with Aetan or United Health Care with there 6 months supervised diet that they have from Weigh****cher? Or has anyone gotted approved when there insurance requires a 6 months supervised diet by using there Weigh****chers booklet? I have more then 6 months with weigh****chers but no doctors supervised diet. Just wondering if that would work? Thanks.

Melissa, Sorry - I didn't have to do a doc supervised diet, either, but did have to document diets that I had tried in the past 3 years or so - think that I went back 5 years total. Also had to list why I went off the diet, how much I lost and then if I put any back on. Let me tell you, it was a sobering experience. Insurance was great then. Good luck to you in your quest.
