80% Problems!!!

I have a question for everyone who has been to Dr. Glas**** in Cedar Falls. I just got my letter today saying Congrats as insurance pre-aproved me! Whoo hoo! As you know they collect 80% of the maximum out of pocket costs at the appointment with Dr. G. Do they go off the remaining balance of your maximum out of pocket or do they do 80% of the entire year??? If I have to come up with $1200, I'll have to put off surgery for quite awhile...

Hey y'all! I got the answer to my ? so no worries. It is based off the remaining balance and the letter that I got was wrong. Whew!!!

I was very scared there!

Glad you got your answer, Jen. If it helps at all, I had to pay $200, I believe & it later was all refunded after they got payment by my insurance company. Dixie
