Need In Put About Psych Eval

I'm needing some info about the Psych Eval, Like what is it & what do I need to expect, What do they ask, Thanks Janelle

The dr from what I have read can do it different ways. Mine was quite simple He just asked lots of questions about my weight how long and if I use it for comfort etc. What I expect from this surgery and then I had to explain to him in my terms what the surgery was about and what it would do for me and what I had to do with this surgery to make it successful. It wasn't bad then of course i have read where some have had to do a questionaire. So I don't know what yours will be like. It really wasn't bad. Hope this helps some.

Janelle, I just had my psych eval on Tuesday. The dr just asked questions about my lifestyle now, and when I was growing up, some family history, did I exercise, will I, do I realize that WLS is not just a diet, but a lifestyle change, and other things like that. It was pretty painless. Just be yourself and you'll do fine. Lori
