Splenda for Jam/Jelly

Thanks to all for your responses. And thanks to your help I did do some looking at the Splenda website and this is what I found. Yes... you can use it for jams/jellys. They even have a strawberry jam recipe on the site. Here is the link: http://www.splenda.com/recipe_detail.jhtml?id=splenda/recipes/br_strawbjam.inc There is more technical info the after the recipe. But basically it says that Spenda is heat stable/ just be sure that you are using proper preserving techniques. Sherri

Yum, Sherri. I actually found a recipe for s/f freezer jam. I can't share, because it's at home and I'm not right now, but it sounds good. Thanks for the link. God bless, Andrea
