howdy fellow iowans target has started selling barry's bakery products here in cedar rapids and just thought i'd give a head's up to the foodies interested. french twists are layers of sweet puffed pastry and so far they come in cinnamon and a fakey chocolate chip flavor. here's the nutritional info: 60 calories 2 gms fat 0 cholesterol 9 gms carb 0 protein 4 gms sugar it's mostly empty calories, but i know how hard it is to find sweet snacky things when you have the craving once in awhile. they taste incredible. the website for the company that makes this stuff is: barrysbakery.com ciao
