2/28 Goals and Roll call - who's out there?
Laurie,
Hey girl - I bet that you are getting nervous. It's so close to your tt time. Are you excited? That's great that you are still going to curves. Remember to get that doctor's note so they won't charge you during your recovery period. To funny that you bought an ab roller. Do you like it? I like that idea of locking myself in my room - only problem is that I would have 2 kids at least, a hubby a dog and cat in there with me. AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! More stress, more stress.................... Hang in there.
God bless,
Andrea
Good to make goals but never seem to stick. I am a junk food addict again. Always craving chocolate and chips. Must be the stress of also trying to buy a home and can't get out of this mobile home. Also very weird I can't taste anything. I think that's why I am so hungry all the time I have a craving for something, but can't get it satisfied so I'm just wanting to eat to taste something. BAD BAD BAD ME! Everyone here has also been fighting the flu, sinus bug three times over now that we have all had it in some way or another.
GOALS:
1. Walk more
2. Eat healthier foods more protein, less junk.
3. Try to find a way to relax once in a while.
Leslea,
Coming here and posting about the eating junk is the first step, right? Now, we both have to learn to take one moment at a time and practice some of that will power that we had right after surgery. We did this for better health and to change our lifestyles. Let's support each other as we strive to make today a better day and then go from there.
I am feeling so bad about my evening eating that I had a bad dream last night that my hubby left me for someone named Cocoa because I was not attractive to him anymore because I gained some weight back! Too silly, right?
Why can't you taste anything? Is it a side affect from a virus or something from the surgery? When that happens, I usually want strong salty stuff and sweet stuff. Hopefully things will get better for you this week.
Hang in there,
God bless,
Andrea
