New Me

This goes back to working the bar last weekend. I was told I needed an "extreme make-over" by a friend. She told me she would pay to have my hair colored. I thought she was kidding but yesterday morning when I joined them for coffee I found out different! I was taken to the salon & Gary (stylist & school chum) fixed me up but good No more grey hair people stopped dead in their tracks & did double takes He cut my hair I have kind of a strawberry blond hair now with blond frost. He styled it, couldn't believe the difference. Katie thought I had bought a wig which I have threatened to do Question...has anyone told you that you look taller? I was told this 3 times this past week. Another question.....how do you go about posting more than 2 pics on profile? I have snapfish for my pics but don't see where a person can link to it or for me to make a www for it. Any info would be appreciated. Has anyone else kept a monthly diary on pictures or started a personal journal? Just curious. I have monthly pics, really something to go back & take a look at "before" pics. Carolyn

Carolyn, Boy I thought i was the only one that people was saying i need an extreme make over. It is my family telling me that all the time. Yes i do take monthly pictures and i do journal all the time. I send my pic to obesity help they are backed logged i do know that. I am thinking of perming my hair and putting highlights in my hair. I actually feel shorter the reason is cuz my son is taller then me now. I also take pictures of me and my boyfriend when i go visit him so i can see the difference and so can he. Because i dont get to see him that often. Well that is changing since i got a new car......We need to get together again some time and chat.....Lynda

Hi Lynda, I've needed a hair make-over for some time now. I know this last pic I had posted took a couple of weeks to get on here. My dad is going to fall over when he comes back, I have been sending monthly pics to him but now I'm going to wait & let him see the "real thing" he will be home the end of March first part of April. I talk to him several times a week & he always asks how much have you lost? I had a bad week I gained 5 lbs! Don't know what happened as nothing had changed except for walking. Thanks hon The new & improved me. Do you find yourself walking taller now that you've had surgery & lost weight? I think that has a lot to do with it. Enjoying every minute of this Who knows maybe the next karaoke I'll have guts to get up there. who would know the difference everyone else is drunk & probably wouldn't know any different!
