Well I hope to have surgery by May. I only have my phys. Appointment before everything is submitted to insurance. Hope I'm approved. So I say no later then May. But I hope sooner.

Hey Andrea this is also coming in a couple days late, but still stuck on this plateau I have been at since November. I am 13 1/2 months out and have lost 110 lbs. The scale goes up 2 to 3 pounds every other week it seems like then down again. Goals: Get to the gym, have only been making it there 1-2 x wk. Working lots of overtime and trying to get all kids school activities done. February is a tricky month to get through not only Valentines Day, but 5 birthdays this month. (I have to admit shame on me I was able to eat birthday cake, no frosting just the cake and did NOT DUMP!! Also the kids and work had bake sales so making brownies and cookies up the wazoo and before I realized what I was doing into the mouth test tasting it would go. Still did not DUMP! Scared me that I could do that. THen trying to be good girl after working out come home to make a really good protein lunch broiled fish, no problem with it before stuck like crazy and sick now for the last two days, only popsicles will stay down and water. Maybe that's my penalty for snacking on the no nos.

I haven't posted in quite a while. I started a new job in December, and have been really busy trying to learn it. Plus, I am getting a little discouraged. I have been losing the same 4 pounds for about 2 1/2 to 3 months now. But, I have still gone down a size in clothes even though I haven't lost any pounds. My anniversary of my surgery was January 20th. I am down 134 pounds. My goals for this week are: 1. Drink water!!!! 2. Try not to snack during the day. 3. Walk at least 5 days. Everyone have a great week!!!!

Hello Andrea, and all, Is it to late to post? I generally don't have access to a 'fast' pc unless I am at work. I had surgery Jan 10th and am down 30 lbs since Jan 17th. I have list of 'Small victories' to share. 1. I bought jeans 'off the rack' at Walmart Tuesday, one size smaller. 2. Bought a new bra, no extenders needed. 3. A N D was able to reach around and hook it, rather than hooking it in the front and scooching it around. 4. The seat belt in my brothers Jeep fit, with a little to spare. Wasn't even close to fitting last July when I rode with him. 5. I can walk all over Wlamart and not come out a hot, sweaty, tired mess with an aching back. Little things, I know, but they made me cry........ My goals are simple. Keep drinking and next week start introducing 'real' food. Mush is getting old..... Have not had any problems with drinking or eating. Still have not had a "what the hell have I done" moment. Have been out to eat twice with the family, and got along well, no regrets. The biggest goal, and most difficult is the exercise and walking. I have not been real faithful about that. And I need to post and reply more. There are new faces to meet! Hugs to all Sheila.
