Starting to feel discouraged :(

I'm starting to feel discouraged Because it seems like I have no support from anyone around me,Its like it goes in 1 ear & Out the other ear...But Im so HAPPY & EXCITED...I go for my Informational Session at Clarkson Hospital on Fee 21st...Then March 7th I meet with Dr McBride.I'm so EXCITED,I cant wait but then im scared I will be denied...I pray every night I get approved & that Dr McBride will do the surgery.... Don't get discouraged! You have all of us for support! Your emotions sound about right. Scared, excited, scared, and excited. Even after I got approval I was scared they would take it back. Talk about being paranoid! This too shall pass. You can't control what other people think or say. You can only control how you respond to them. Don't let them get you down. You are doing something to help yourself. That's what's important, not what others think. Hang in there and post often. We're here to help. Hugs, Lyn

Hi Janelle, Hugs to you. No you aren't alone. If you get a chance read the profiles, think you will feel the same as a lot of us did. Who is your insurance company? Put together a letter for the insurance company, telling them why you want insurance, forget putting in the statistics they already know them. I put in mine how I wanted to see my daughter graduate, ride a bike go to amusement park, walk with my daughter & grandkids, be able to get on the floor to play with them....etc... Also, if you are on meds have the pharmacy print out the cost of your meds (mine was $1,029 per month) & have your PC write a letter of recommendation. All of this helps when submitting to insurance.
