Well, last week I decided to stop stressing over not losing weight so... I lost a couple pounds. My goal this week is to continue not getting stressed about it. If I am done losing weight, well, although I am not at my goal, I am still 150 lbs lighter than I was last year. I still intend to stay compliant (my surgeon's word for following all his rules) & if I do lose a few more pounds I will be thrilled. I hate the cold weather. I just can't get warm. But I hate the ice even more. Dixie

Hi Everyone Sending big hugs to you Andrea. Darn food anyway Katie's b'day was Monday & Loren bought her a cake. Actually there was only a few pieces left of it & I had a small piece. I'm not going to beat myself up over having it! It tasted ok but that was it, I didn't crave any more of it which is good. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones there are some things I can take or leave & sweets just don't cut it any more for me. Tammy you look fantastic girl And so are you Judi Making me feel jealous. Goals for the week? Same as last. Drink more water although that hot tea goes down much better!!! More protein think I'm lacking in that somewhat. Shaking the insomnia think I'm going to have to get something to help me sleep. AND quit obsessing about losing!!! Keep warm! I'm back to babysitting again so am going out in the cold but keeping the face covered, dr's orders (heartattack stuff) so always look like a bank robber Agree with Dixie hate the ice! Hello Andrea...Hang in there I think we are all going through this same thing! I know I have been snacking way too much with eating way to many carbs and sugars, don't know what my problem is but it seems as of lately Ive gotten my sweet tooth back! Ive always been a stress eater and it seems like I am getting back to that. Life is just so busy anymore that I don't know whether Iam coming or going. Here are my goals for the wk.... -no snacking -drink, drink drink -get back to the Rec Center -take some me time It is so hard to try to get warm these days, amazes the heck out of me! Hi all! I need to work on not feeling so "content" at my current weight and working on getting my last 20 lbs off. I know I need to kick up the exercise (which is pretty non-existent right now) and quit snacking so much. The carbs are really killing me and my sweet tooth is back in full swing. So, I am sucking on "s/f carmel flavored Nips for the sweet thing. Now exercise -- I tell myself when the weather gets nice it will be better... I can walk outside again. I've been really exhausted lately - got to figure out what that's all about -- Bear hibernation mode maybe!!! Everyone have a great week!! Janie

I hope you start to feel better really soon......I know what you are going thru, and hopefully as the kitchen gets finished up and stuff Mark will start to feel better......also let him know Jason would love to help you guys some weekend when it gets warmer with that roof, there is know reason him and Mark and Danny can't get it done (so Jason says I am just the messenger....lol) It seems most of us have a common theme here.....lose those last stubborn pounds......STOP SNACKING....and exercise......we are not the only ones with the snacking issues!!! It is so nice knowing there are so many of us in the same boat!!! Let me know how support group went! Take Care Jesi
