GOALS AND ROLL
Afternoon all,
Just thought that I would get this in today since I didn't get it in yesterday. My goals are the same as last week. I have issues that I need to deal with yet. Food still controls me. I just got into an arguement with hubby and of course wanted to eat. Fortunately, my fellow teacher and roommate was in here and asked me so lovingly if I needed her to take some of my food out of the room when she left for a meeting so I did not eat and make myself sick. What I did instead was grab the bottle of water and put some of the instant drink mix in it for a nice raspberry ice drink. Finally, I did something right! Sorry, just frustrated right now.
Anyway, let's hear from you. How is your week going so far? Do you have any major goals this week? Are you surviving the cold weather?

we all have frustrating moments and it is ok....glad you didnt turn to food though so proud of you......
my goals this week are about the sames. but one i am going to add is to keep warm. after i get cold i can not get warmed back up. it takes me like a couple days. so i am dressing warmer. so instead of two shirts on i have on three or four shirts, two pairs of socks. i am always wearing a sweater or a sweatshirt over my other shirts.
I am working today for my mom and i work for her thursdays and the rest of the week i am off to school. Kids love me going back to school. I guess it shows them you are never to old to go to school and learn...

Thanks for the support, Lynda. I actually didn't do bad yesterday with eating. I'm glad for that.
I understand being cold now. I often have to take a hot bath in the evenings before going to bed to get warmed up - especially if I have worked out in the afternoon. My muscles must get cold and it chills me to the bone.
Glad to hear that you are still enjoying school. I'm sure that the kids are proud of you as well.
The week's going better already.

Andrea.. well, I havent done very good at making goals in a while.. but I will go ahead...
This week is the start of classes, tomorrow is my first day, and am enrolled in 17 hours of classes again, 7 classes total!
So, the worst part is, my son doesnt have school, but thats OK, My best friend is going to watch him, etc.
Things have been going well since my tummy tuck, although I have done way too much i already know it. I need to find out about ordering that dang body brace thingy that I am supposed to be ordering.That is goal #1~
get thru clases, goal #2
get some sleep! #3
try and drink more water #4
take vitamins! #5
so anyhow, and make grocery lists! that is a huge goal for me this semester, and from now on. make a plan for the week, for suppers, and stick to it. go get the groceries and just do that !

My goals, well, they are the same except for reading my chapter in my accounting book. It's getting to the point, where I am starting to feel that I don't think I'm going to pass this class. But I need to also start feeling confident.
I need to get some sleep also, but homework comes first.
Guess that's all for now. Oh, I'm starting to feel warmer. Thank goodness we're not in Embarrass, Minnesota where it was -54 yesterday.

Hi All~
I know, it's been forever again and I'm sorry for that. I have been working 7 days a week and doing a full load of classes via the net. Sooo, between that, the kids, and hubby I haven't had a lot of time to speak of. I think my plate is TOO FULL!
This week, so far, has been better then others food wise. I'm working REALLY HARD on stopping the "snacking". That seems to have gotten real bad since my life got so busy. I am focusing on my real meals again to stop the snacks.
So, my goals are:
#1. NO SNACKING
#2. EXERCISE
#3. LOSE SOME WEIGHT! (I have not lost in FOREVER!)
#4. Try to hold myself accountable for ANYTHING that goes in my mouth at ANY time.
Ok, so I hope you are all doing well. I have missed everyone. Has anyone heard from Deb in Grinnell? How's her pregnancy going and all?

hello im doing good just getting things ready to leave for Indiana on friday I been having a hard time also with snacking I feel so guilty when I do it so my goals this week are no snacking even though it will be hard when were at my inlaws do my walking to my tape drink more water, well thats all for this week I will see you tomorrow nite if the weather isnt bad.take care everyone have a good week

My goals are pretty much the same as everyone else:
1. Get my protein in
2. Get my water in
3. EXERCISE more (hoping the cold breaks, so I can walk more)
a. Thinking of joinng the Y, as I have no exercise equipment in my home.
Hope to see you at the meeting tomorrow night. I have a good friend who will be there that is going to be having surgery in about 12 weeks.
