At Surgeon's Suggested Goal Weight
Hi Everyone!
I'm about to do a little shameless 'bragging'; so, if you don't want to read...go ahead and click out now.
I have finally reached my surgeon's suggested goal weight of 150 pounds.
Being that I am 5' 6", that still puts me in the kind of high range of "Normal"; so, I am going to set my personal goal at 140 pounds...Since I am only 11 1/2 months post-op, I do believe that very well may be attainable, even though my weight loss has slowed dramatically.
I want to send out a very special THANK YOU to all you that have helped me along my way
...there are just too many to list here; and, I would probably leave someone out...besides, you know who you are!
Much Love & Huge (((Hugs))),
Sherry

Sherry:
Congratulations!!!!!! You deserve to brag, so brag it up!!!!! You have done a wonderful job!!! It gives me hope, that I can make my goal too!!!
I'm 9 months out, and 37 lbs from my surgeons goal. I'm 5'4" and he says I should be able to get to 130, which I CAN'T IMAGINE!!! My personal goal is 145, which brings me under a "normal" BMI. I'm still losing, slower of course, but still going down!! You are an inspiration!!! Are you considering any plastic surgery?? Take care, and keep it up!!! DeeAnn R
