What a week!!!!!!

Boy what a week.....I started school this week. Funny thing I wasn't nervous at all. I love my classes. I have met alot of people. In one of my classes we talked about my surgery and I took my before and after picture in there and they were all amazed. I am so pleased with my weightloss. I am down another 3 lbs weighed in Tuesday. So grand total is 129 lbs since the day before surgery and 169 lbs from all the complications. I have about 25 lbs to go. I have applied for two different jobs. One is at the college for work study I really hope i get it. School work is fun but alot of it. I am in classes all day for about 8 hrs a day and come home and do anywhere between 5 to 8 more hours of homework. I love it for some odd reason. I know you all are probaly thinking that cuz i am also. So that is why i have been on here responding and posting. Just been busy. I am still going to run the support group meeting on Tuesday nites here at Carroll and probably do them on Saturdays also. Tuesday nite are going to be at the hospital and for now the one on Saturdays at my house till i can find a place that don't cost anything.......Well i need to go do some more school work....Talk to you all soon.....Lynda

Jesi, have you ever thought about doing online classes. you can do it around your schedule. and you can get fin. aide for that also. I never thought i could ever go back. i feel so much better about myself since doing this......Lynda
