but hate the cost? Try mixing the NEW SUGAR FREE coffee mate French Vanilla or Vanilla Caramel with extra strong coffee! You will not believe it is S/F! It is SO awesome! I am in HEAVEN! It makes it SO much more economical...AND it is something I can have daily, and save my latte money for new clothes!!! YAY! Tracie

Is the coffeemate powdered or liquid??? I am a total coffee junkie so I will be ALL over that! I get the flavored coffee beans......grind them and add cream and splenda to a big ole cup......it is pretty good that way too! Millstones Highlandergrogg is WONDERFUL as is the vanilla kahula!! YUMMY!!! You should come this way and try my coffee......P.S. we have a Starbucks, but I just assume come home and make my flavored stuff, tastes better Take Care Jesi

When did you guys start drinking coffee after your surgery? My program says no coffee because it dehydrates you, and I miss having a nice cup of organic dark roast coffee in the morning, not to mention the way it gave me some get-up-and-go. jean
