I DID IT, I DID IT, I DID IT.............!!!!!
Good morning, all. I just had to post and say that I did it last night - well, no, not IT (hubby worked 3rd shift) - I was able to keep control of my eating. I had one snack but then wanted to eat some more - a banana and peanut butter, but didn't need it. I sooooooooooo had to fight the urge to eat more. Instead, I ate 3 sugar free popsicles, which are freebies for me and count as fluids. Then I realized that I was thirsty and downed about 25 oz of water before bed. YEAH!!! I don't mean to toot my own horn, but you have to realize that I have been really having some control issues and have been losing control with food too often. (Always healthy snacks, but too many.) Okay, I made it one night, so now I know that I can make it more!!!

Way to go Andrea. I understand where your coming from. With the holidays and being cooped up with so many closed school days and kids home wanting to eat all day to cold and wet to get outside all I want to do is graze! I haven't even been drinking maybe 20 oz of fluid a day and I can tell. I am on a chocolate milk kick though, I have the no sugar added and mix with white milk and that is a meal for me at night, or a snack so maybe I'll get through this month. I also have been craving bananas and peanut butter, that's what I have for breakfast.
I can tell the scale is my enemy now as I just don't want to do anything but sleep and eat. BAD BAD BAD. I am glad you have will power mind transfer some to me !!!!!! Take care and be safe in this wicked Iowa weather.
Way to go Andrea! Let you in on a secret, my biggest craving is toast & tea! Feel like I'm pg with some of these cravings NOT!! Instead grabbed some yogurt. I can't get sf popcicles here in town & weather has been nasty enough I don't want to travel out of town so have to do without them for a while. Stay warm even if hubby is working 3rd shift

Oh my gosh!!! Your replies are wonderful! I was feeling so proud of myself and then I bombed last night. I have been thinking of what the difference was and it was because I was WAY tired yesterday! I felt that I needed to eat that extra snack probably because I was too tired. I know that the next time, I just need to go to bed!!! I'm sorry that I got on here to share and then blew it! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH again and again and again!!!
