Have a Safe New Year's Eve

Morning All Everyone have a safe New Year's Eve. Big plans anyone? Staying home for me unless Katie & I go to the dance that's across the street which we might do. Won't be on the road that's for sure. A little OT here. Dad has been braggin to my sis in law about me I put together a photo album & have sent it down to them. I have been taking at least one pic per month. They should have it today or Monday depending on the mail. Donna says your dad is soooooo proud of you & has been talking up a storm about how little I eat how I'm off those blasted meds etc. Donna weighs about the same as I did a year ago & since he has been talking to her it has planted the seed. We talked for quite a while last night her asking questions. She sees her dr in a few weeks & is going to ask for a surgeon referral. Told her pics are on the way & she was pretty excited about that. To date I'm down 80 lbs & feeling great. What an improvement over last year, 16 meds per day, weighing in at 265 & feeling lousy. I've never have had a regret about having surgery not even when they discovered the leak. This was the best decision I've ever made in my life. Thanks to all of you for the support, hugs & love you have sent my way this past year. Especially Janet who has been there all the way for me listening to my whining (she didn't offer cheese though ). What a great support group we have here Hugs to all Stay safe Carolyn

Happy New Years to you 2 GF!!! Well I had my re-birthday yesterday...I almost forgot about it until my hubby reminded me...can't believe it has been a yr already! I too would do it again in a heartbeat!!! There has been alot of changes this last yr. some for the good and some for the bad, but Iam working on it, just have to remind myself like anything else it takes time right! Hubby and I are off today to the city to go dancing tonite with a couple of friends. Can't wait for tomorrow, to cheer on my beloved HAWKEYES!!!! Hello Carolyn, Happy New years im just getting with some friends tonight my hubby has to work so im going danceing with some friends. im going to go see my Dr on Thursday to get my referral to see a plastic surgant I want to get my tt done in April i will be 2 years out then its hard to believe. well have a nice and safe holiday take care. Laurie
