A BIG CHRISTMAS THANKYOU

I just wanted to say thank-you for the card exchange we did. It was so nice getting all the Christmas cards about 1-2 a day, made my kids upset though becaue they were like "why is mom getting all the cards Christmas is for kids" and the like. But it was kind of fun getting the mail. I hope you all had a great Christmas weekend! Ours of course had it's last minute emergencies to make it memorable. Our pipes froze up so we were withou****er for day and a half, my MIL furnace quit working Christmas eve, then my BIL electricity went out so the hubby spent his day running back and forth trying to get those things working. But all in all it was nice just being with the family. And of course was very tempting with all those baked items. Scared me a little I had one sugar cookie and one chocolate chip cookie and only got a flush feeling but didn't dump or anything which is good but also bad, but I think I did pretty good otherwise not stuffing myself. Hope you all have a very HAPPY NEW YEAR filled with health and good fortune.

Hiya Leslea...I too would like to thank everyone for the Christmas cards, I practically raced my kids to the mailbox everyday lol. Sounds like you had a nice Christmas even though you had some troubles along the way! I know I slipped and ate and ate and ATE all weekend time to get back on track here. It was really nice getting all the cards. My hubby kept asking, "Who are all these people?" I just smiled and said that you all were my support system! I'm with Janet, I have to get back on track as of today!

Leslea, The card exchange was sooooooooo awesome!!! I absolutely had fun doing it. My daughter would count the cards on the wall every day and found that there were a bunch. Hope the holidays were good for you. God bless, Andrea P.S. Thanks to Elizabeth for organizing this!@
