Surgery Day!

This is Emily, Jean's 17 year old daughter. My mother was well prepared and ready, and she went in for her surgery today. As with most surgeries that are not the first of the morning, her's was about a half an hour late. The doctors have told us that everything went just fine. The laproscopic worked out, and they did not ahve to open her all the way up. My father said something about the C-pap causing her to have to stay in the ICU that night, but that seemed to be the only issue. I saw her when she wolk up for just a few minutes. She was very weak, whispering. She was quite groggy, as one would imagine, and told me that I was not allowed to make her laugh. Otherwise, all seems fine! -Emily
