DR question...

Does anyone know the office names of Drs Hardy in Ames or Sundberg in Boone? I am coming up on my 1 year eval in Feb, and want to schedule a check-up with one of them. My beloved dr moved his practice to CA, and if I had the $ I would go there for my yearly, but alas, I do not. He said to use my family dr, however, I trust they can handle a common cold or the like, but since they told me "oh, I don't see any reason why you can't take Advil, you are not that much different now"...well, can you see why I don't feel real comfortable going to them for anything related to my surgery?! Also, I have been told there is no longer a bypass surgeon here in Carroll. So, I would like to book an appointment with either Sundberg, or Hardy. Anyone have any clinic info on them? THANKS!! and I PROMISE this will be my last post for the day!!
