1 yr check up!!!!

I just got back from my one yr check up....i am down 125 lbs from when i started. and if you count the weight i gain weight from in the hospital i am down 165 lbs. i am so glad to have it gone for good. i want to thank you all so much.....you are the best on here.........Lynda

You should be proud of what you've accomplished in the last year!! I bet your Dr was happy with your loss!

Janet, thank you so much for being my friend and being there this past yr and for your phone calls when i was so down in the hospital...it meant so much to me. again thank you for being there and listening to me...i start my yr off rough and you ended your yr off rough so lets make a pack next yr we both stay out of the hospital....lol......lynda

Carolyn, thanks you so much... boy time flies by. the older we get the faster it goes....i went to the drs office today back in lake view and told them what i did they were like omg it has been a yr hasnt it...thank you again....and you keep up your good work also......Lynda
