Whoo-hoo, just two weeks out and already a superstar!! Congrats. I certainly wasn't ignoring your previous post, just fell asleep at the computer last night. Don't have time for that - I have wayyyyyyyy too much to do!!! I did see the clip on channel 6, I think. I only saw Barb and Christophersen, though, I didn't see you at all. Hi Andrea I missed it at 5:00, so I watched it at 10:00, and I only saw Barb also. Oh-well, she was alittle further out and had more after surgery experiences to share. They just wanted people to see that we were up and doing fine that close after surgery! I was alittle dissappointed that Teresa didn't let us know that it was going to air that soon! I'll bet she taped it. I'm still doing the full liquid, sipping on chicken broth right now!! I'm averaging 2 protein drinks a day but really want to try to get 3 in. the ones I'm using are 27 gr. of protein. I so want to chew on real food LOL how did you get past that. On Monday I can start incorporating eggs,cottage cheese, low fat cheese, and I have to admit just for a taste in my mouth I have nibbled on P.butter. What kinds of things did you find palatable at this stage? Well, I Hope your enjoying your saturday evening, I'm working on getting my christmas music together. My husband and I are DJing a company christmas party tomorrow night for Grafco out of Bettendorf at the Black Hawk.
