Remember all of my whining last week about the insurance submission process being so frustrating for me? Well, it was a good thing I am a control freak because the shrink lost my file!! if I had not been obsessing over why he hadn't written his clearance letter yet, it would still not have been discovered. UGH! I am just trying really hard to let go of the issue of wanting this done before the end of the year in order to save $500 deductible. I'll just have to figure out how to pay it when the time comes. sigh. jean

Jean, Dont you just love those doctors......sometimes i think they would lose their heads if it wasnt attatched......i know 500 dollars is a lot but i do know a woman who had to pay for her surgery cuz she couldnt get approved and she had 10 drs that wrote letters for her and she still had to pay for it. When i go back and think of that how much my deductible was i rather have that....instead of the whole thing cuz i would of never have this surgery...... keep your chin up..... lynda

Morning Jean, Thankfully you took things into your own hands! GOOD FOR YOU!!! Keep on top of them for sure or better yet get the copy yourself & take it to your doc to get it submitted. One thing I learned a long time ago is NEVER back down & make a pest of yourself!!! They'll get over it & so will I! Good luck to you & keep us posted. Carolyn
