Ohhhhh so close.....
Hi all.
Yesterday I got a good report from the cardiologist. Heart looked good, no blockages etc, no reason why I can't have surgery. He is going to put me on a med for my heart rate (which has always run between 90-100) more as a pre op strengthening /preventitive measure. Today I got the green light from the pulmonologist. He is going to adjust the pressure on my Bi-pap because I can't leave it on at night. (I don't know why, I wake up and there it lays...... ) He thinks maybe I am not tolerating the pressure. My pulmonary function tests are all greatly improved. So I see him again in 2 weeks but he was going to call Dr G's office and tell them to schedule me. yeeee haaaawwww
So now all I SHOULD have to do is tie up the financial lose ends. I have never wanted to receive a bill so bad........
I don't know whether to call and pester them, or let it happen when it happens.......
AND..... I have lost 11 pounds in the last 3 weeks!!!!!
I have been watching what I eat but I think it is the Bi-pap machine. The nurse at the pulm office said it makes a BIG difference.
So.....just a little more patience.....
hugs to all
Sheila
WooHOO You will be a loser before you know it!! Isn't crazy we actually enjoy being called Losers......lol!!! I too always run a high pulse.....even now after losing 130lbs....after surgery my pulse was always 105-110.....they were worried for days about that one, but it is just me.....even after my hysto in Oct, again high pulse! But I told it was normal and not to be worried!! It is funny my resting heart rate is higher than most people active heartrate......I will probably need meds for it when I get older but right now I am doing okay! 11lbs in three weeks is great......keep up the good work.....take care!
