I'm still around

Hello everyone it's been quite a long time since I've posted. Just wanted everyone to know that I am still alive and doing okay. I must say my weightloss slowed down to zero but I think I'm back on track. I attended my grandma's 90th birthday party this past weekend and must say I came away from there happier than ever. See growing up I was ALWAYS the biggest cousin, and now I can say that I am the smallest. Yeah!!! It didn't even bother me to have family pictures taken. One of my uncles even wondered why my husband was coming to the door with another woman, and it was me. LOL!! I just wanted to tell everyone that I am still on the planet. I hope everyone has a great day. To date I have lost 125lbs. Shelly D.

Congrats on the weightloss!!! My weightloss has really slowed down too, I am almost one year out, I just need to kick it up a bit with better eating and to actually exercise a little! I am glad you had a great time at your grandmas b-day....it is nice to get those special wow moments to remind us exactly how good we truly are doing!!! Congrats Again Jesi
