11/1 ROLL CALLS AND GOALS
Hi All...Well my "goal" this week is to get a Dr. to listen to me and not think that Iam crazy about this neuropathy! I see my reg Dr. on Wed so am crossing my fingers!!! Talked to my surgeons nurse this morning and that didn't go over very well....sigh!
Anyways...Fall is my fave time of the yr. I love the different colors! Iam always cold now, but hey makes getting warm fun!
Iam having my GB out on the 15th, am going to the Iowa vs. Minnesota game on the 13th so of course had to wait til after that to have surgery lol. It will be same day surgery but will be off of work for 2-3 weeks, so Im sure all of you will get tired of me posting here lol!
Chicago/EWF was AWESOME!!! I really enjoyed my time with my hubby!

Same old same old.
I'm trying. I went out to the bar for Halloween with some friends. I didn't go anywhere by myself. This was the first time going out since before my surgery a year ago.
Goals:
1) EAT!!!!!!! - not doing good on that.
2) Exercise a little bit more.
I like it just in the middle on the weather. Not too hot and not too cold

Hi all!! We had some awesome speakers at our S/G meeting last nite and I'm newly inspired. My goals for this week are walk or bike ride EVERY day along with Curves 3 mornings a week. I'm feeling stuck and want to get things shook up. I hit my 100 lb mark one morning and haven't been able to maintain it so that's my inspiration. I still really want to lose another 30 by my year anniversary in April.
Fall is my absolute favorite. We've already been hiking at Backbone State Park and will do several more fall picnics and weiny roasts. My pouch finally will allow an occasional hot dog. (like that is a good thing!!) We always build a big bon fire and everybody has fun - even the dog!!!
Hope everyone has a great week -- we've got to keep inspiring each other to keep us all going. Also, I am SO thankful the election is over today!!!

My goals for this week are:
1.) Drink more water
2.) Get in all my supplements and protein this comming weekend ( I seem to slip on the weekends)
3.) Limit the carbs and snacking!!!
I really enjoy all four seasons, they all have their unique beauty!!! I guess I really enjoy a bright sunny day, that's not too hot, or too cold, whether it's spring,summer or fall! Have a good day all, after today no more political ads or mailings yeahhhhh!!!! DeeAnn

My Goal to quit snacking
Get with the program
Drink more water
I love most seasons although I am a fair weather person. I really don't like the snow and sub below zero winters we have around here.
I have only lost 42 pounds since surgery Aug 16th. I am snacking on pretzels. Bad huh?
