Home from surgery!

Hey Iowa Board: I am home from the hospital, surgery was Tuesday morning and I was out of the hospital on Thursday afternoon. I am actually still in shock that I had the surgery, it hasn't been near as hard as I thought it would be. My hardest part in the hospital was the nausea, but that stopped and I was fine after that. I am home, doing well, I do get tired more easily but I am anxious for my life to progress. Just wanted to update you all and for those folks who are going through University of Iowa, it is an awesome program. I would recommend it to anyone who is searching for a program. Tamara

WOW that is a short stay......I went thru the U of I too, and when I went there they made everyone stay 4 days!!! I am glad to hear you are doing good.....I will send wishes for a smooth and speedy recovery....remember to walk, walk, walk, and drink lots of water!!! Take Care and Congrats again Jesi
