Hope Everyone's having a great Day!
HI EVERYONE!
Sorry I have been out of touch...I now have 3 part time jobs going on here...we're trying to get a van and save money to move. I will slow down soon, though...don't worry. My twins are starting to potty train and I'm starting to show. I am 20 weeks along and am holding steady at 191. Irealize I might go back over 200 during this pregnancy and i am prepared for that...it's just weird to change the way i'm eating and then have to change back later...I pray I continue on the right path after the baby comes. They have been monitoring my blood levels closely and I'm eating great! Back to regular protein shakes and lots of vitamins! I'm eating considerably more calories than i was 4 months ago. i eat about every 3 hours and have upped my carb intake...per doctor request. I drink water like a fish and have now cut back on exercise (my request ) I will go back full force after the baby comes out. So far the pregnancy has gone great, no sickness and it seems to be a lot easier than carrying twins (and all the weight too). I read through the posts today and I'm so proud of everyone...way to go! Were all getting flu shots today and looking forward to Halloween..the twins are going to be Raggady Ann and Andy
All my love
Deb Paul
Great to see your smiling face again!!! I cannot believe you can work three jobs with twins and being pregnant........man you must have energy! I am glad you are doing so well.....Ragedy Ann and Andy used to be my fave dolls when I was younger....great idea~ I am sure you will do great and get right back to losing when that baby comes! Wishing you the best with the baby, potty training, house, van, everything!! Take Care Jesi
My goodness, girl, you are busy!!! How you do it - who knows!? Did you see that I met your mil? I want to be there for her if she wants an angel. Please let her know that. Are you going to be here for her surgery? She has to be getting anxious.
You are phenomenal in everything that you do and in your loss and now gain while you "cook" this new life. Keep up the great work!
Blessings from above,
Andrea
